FABRICS

The fibre comes from the hair of the 'Bactrian' camel, an animal that lives in the very cold climates of Mongolia and China. A very fine undercoat called 'duvet', which is very soft and has high thermal properties, is gently combed from the camel's pups. The average fibre fineness is 18 microns.
The fabric is produced by Lanificio Colombo in its factory in the green valleys at the foot of the Italian Alps, with a completely vertical control of the production chain, from the purchase of the fibre to the packaged product.
